7. Force Majeure

7.1. USQ shall not be held liable for any delays or failure in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, natural disasters, or technical failures.

8.1. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration or as specified in the client agreement.
